The RBT Supervision Tracking feature helps track the required hours to maintain an RBT certificate. There is a nominal cost for this feature per RBT (requires supervision) and per Supervisor (provides supervision) a month.
The way it works is in the Staff record, you will indicate if the staff Provides Supervision or Requires Supervision. The supervisor will be responsible to indicate all their supervised hours on the Appointments. This feature turns on an additional tab for RBT Supervision Hours on all Appointments. You will have access to run reports and pull RBT Audit Logs, as well.
