In order to integrate a client in the system with SKILLS, open their profile and check on the option for it from the Integrations section.
In addition, the system offers the ability to specify which Services should be integrated with SKILLS - not all Contract Services may be appropriate to integrate if those services do not meet with the client or lack a clinical component to them.
Select the checkbox for each service where you would like appointments in the system to create a matching session in SKILLS.
Once you click Save or Save & Close on the client record, the system will push these changes to Skills.
NOTE: You should always create clients/staff from the system once the integration is enabled. Trying to integrate with existing clients/staff can cause duplicates in SKILLS. Please contact Support if you need to integrate with clients/staff that were created in SKILLS first.
