See below for more information on how each field is calculated.

Contract_Snapshot_4.png

Service: This is the Service for the selected appointment.

Date: This is the date that the service info is related to. This is related to Auth Frequency. So, since the above example, Auth Frequency is Daily, this is showing just a single-day date range of the contract for this service.

Appt Duration: This is the total duration of the payroll hours for the selected appointment.

Appt Service Time: This is the total duration of the billable hours for the selected appointment.

NOTE: If the duration is different between the Appt Duration (payroll) and Appt Service Time (billable hours) this may be due to Rounding Rules.

Auth Frequency: This is the frequency set for this service and is related to the Auth Hrs.

Auth Hrs: These are the authorized hours for this service. In the example above, this would indicate that this is authorized for 3 hrs daily.

Projected Hrs: If using this field in the contract, that would show here.

Scheduled S/T Hrs: This is the scheduled hours for this service.

Rendered S/T Hrs: This is the rendered hours for this service.

Remaining Auth Hrs: These are the remaining authorized hours for this service that can be scheduled for the Date range. This helps you determine is you can/should schedule more hours for this service to get you closer to your contract fulfillment.

Remaining Proj Hrs: These are the remaining projected hours for this service if you are using this field in the contract.
