Edit a Client Record
- Click the +(Plus) icon next to the house icon for the first location to expand.
- Select Clients.
- Select the Client you wish to work with and click the Edit button to open.
- Make any changes and then click Save or Save & Close in the top-left corner.
Terminate a Client Record
IMPORTANT: You will be billed for any Clients who have appointments on the schedule, whether they are terminated or not.
- Click the +(Plus) icon next to the house icon for the first location to expand.
- Select Clients.
- Select the Client you wish to work with and click the Edit button to open Or double-click on the Client's name.
- Select the Enrollments tab and enter a Terminated date for each Enrollment.
- Click Save or Save & Close in the top-left corner.
This will then remove the Client from your Client's list. To see the terminated clients, click the Terminated Clients box under the Show section. This will show your terminated Clients with a red X icon in front of their name.
NOTE: Do not terminate a Client's Enrollments until all billing has been completed.
