Add or Edit/Remove Availability on the Schedule

In your system you have the option of creating visual Availabilities for your staff and/or your clients. This article will use a Staff Schedule for the examples, but you can also do this with a Client Schedule.

Create Availabilities on the Schedule

  1. Open the Schedule you wish to create availabilities for.
  2. Highlight the days/times you want to create an Availability for by clicking and dragging on the Schedule.
  3. Click Add in the Availability section of the top menu.

  4. Adjust the Date, Start Time, End Time on the Staff Availability window (if needed).

  5. To have the Availability repeat, click Recur Availability.

  6. If setting a recurrence, adjust the Time, Pattern, and Range on the Recurrence window (as needed).
    Click OK when finished.

  7. Click OK on the Staff Availability window, when finished.

    The Availability will appear on the Schedule in blue.

  8. Click Save or Save & Close in the top-left corner of the Schedule when finished.

    NOTE: If you do not wish to save, you can click Refresh All to remove all changes since your last Save.

  9. Click OK on the popup confirming the Schedule changes were saved.

Edit or Remove Availabilities on the Schedule

  1. Open the Schedule you wish to edit availabilities for.
  2. Click anywhere in the Blue Availability you want to edit.
  3. Click Edit in the Availability section of the top menu.

  4. Adjust any Staff Availability options and click OK when finished.

  5. To remove/delete an Availability, click anywhere in the Blue Availability you want to remove.
  6. Click Remove in the Availability section of the top menu.

  7. Click Save or Save & Close in the top-left corner of the Schedule when finished.

    NOTE: If you do not wish to save, you can click Refresh All to remove all changes since your last Save.

  8. Click OK on the popup confirming the Schedule changes were saved.
