This article will walk you through the steps to Add Appointment Notes to an Appointment. There are three types of notes that can be added: Office Notes, Activity Notes, and Results Notes.
NOTE: If you have Catalyst integration, the Catalyst SOAP Note will populate in the Results Note field.

Add Appointment Notes
- Select the Client of Staff you want to view and click Selected Schedule.
- Select the Appointment and click Edit.
- Click Office Notes, Activity, or Results, and then click into the box to add notes.
Click OK when done.NOTE: The number of remaining characters will adjust as you type.
- Click Save or Save & Close to save your changes.
