This article will show the user how to use the RBT Supervision feature within the staff appointment in GO Mobile.

- The RBT Supervision tab will only be displayed on Staff members' appointments that have been authorized to “provide” supervision from within their staff records.
- These authorized staff members will be able to view service appointments for staff who require RBT supervision and have mutual clients on their caseloads.
- The supervising staff will be able to view overlapping appointments for staff who require supervision.
Use RBT Supervision on Appointments in GO
- Select the date of the appointment on the calendar.
- Click the Appointment you wish to modify for the RBT Supervision.
The appointment window will open.
- At the top of the Appointment, select the tab named Advanced.
- Click on the Go To RBT Supervision button.
- The RBT Supervision page opens and you will see all overlapping appointments that match the RBT Supervision requirements mentioned above.
- The Supervisor’s appointment information, including the date and time, will be displayed next to My Appointment at the top of the window.
The user can view the overlapping appointments by using the Expand All and Collapse All buttons at the bottom.
There is also a Filter Appts button at the bottom that allows you to Show/Hide other types of appointments, such as Paid Non-Service (Blue) or Unpaid Non-Service (Grey) appointments. There is a Search bar at the top as well. - From here you will be able to select which appointments you wish to log supervision time for by selecting the Appointment on the left side, which will populate its info on the right side.
- Supervisors can select if the supervised session was Face-to-Face (unchecked indicates Remote).
- Supervisors can also select if the supervised session was in an Individual or Group setting.
- The Supervised Time dropdown can be edited to shorten the length of time spent on supervision if needed. By default, it will list the max time between appointment start/end times.
- Click Apply at the bottom-right and you will see a popup confirming.
- The Appointment will then show Checked to signal that RBT Supervision has been entered for this appointment.
- Click Done on the top-right.
- Click Save & Continue or Save & Close on the Appointment to save your changes to the database.
