The Parent Portal allows the user (parent/guardian) to view their client or child's schedule on their mobile devices or on a desktop computer. If you have any questions on the Parent Portal, please reach out to your agency’s administrator.

NOTE: If you are an agency that uses the system and would like to use the Parent Portal feature, please see Set Up Parent Portal. Parents/Guardians should reach out to the agency/clinic contact as you would when scheduling appointments.

 

Log in to Parent Portal for the 1st Time

  1. When you receive the Parent Portal Welcome Email, you will follow the instructions to log in and access the Parent Portal.

  2. Once you click on the link or copy the URL, you will be prompted to Reset your Password. Enter a New Password twice and click Reset.

  3. You will then receive a popup confirming and asking you to check your email for the confirmation.

    In the 2nd email, you will have a confirmation with the URL to save or bookmark for future logins.

  4. You will then enter your Username and newly created Password and click Login.

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the Licensing Agreement and enter the Agreement Code displayed on the screen and click I accept.

    NOTE: You will only need to do this on the first login.

  6. You may receive popups asking to use your location, this is for Appointment Services tracking only.
  7. Every time you log in you will see your Client's Schedule (your child or dependent).
    If you have more than one, you will be asked to choose which one you want to see via the Select a Client screen. Click on the Client Name and click View in the lower right corner.

  8. Selecting a date on the Calendar will show Appointments at the bottom or right-hand side (depending on your device (phone or tablet).

    NOTE: Any dates with a Dot have Appointments.

  9. Clicking on the Appointment will open up the Appointment Details.
    • Here you can Sign the Guardian Verification with your finger or mouse.
    • Use the dropdowns to change the Name or Relationship.
    • Enter any Comments that are needed.
    • Report a Different Time, if needed.
    • Check the I verify box and click Save when finished.

      Some agencies may have or require a Reason for reporting a different appointment time. If so, the option choices will be available from a drop-down for Reason.

NOTE: Appointments are displayed according to the Parent Portal Settings your agency has set up. For more information on this, please contact your Agency/Clinic’s Administrator.
