Capture Signatures in GO

This article will walk you through the steps to Capture Signatures in the appointments in GO (mobile).

Capture Therapist Signature

1. Click on the Appointment to open/edit it.
   
    
2. Select Sign Here button for Therapist Signature.
   
    
3. Sign in the box. Check the Confirmation box. Click Save.

Capture Guardian Signature

1. Click on the Appointment to open/edit it.
   
    
2. Select Sign Here button for Guardian Signature.
   
    
3. Have the Guardian Sign in the box. Select Name from the dropdown (if needed). Add Comments (if needed). Check the Verification box. Click Save.
   

   NOTE: They can Click the Plus(+) for Report Different Times (if needed).
