This article will walk you through the steps to Add a Non-Payroll (Gray) Appointment in the Calendar in GO (mobile).

Add an Appointment

  1. Click on the Calender+ Icon to Add an Appointment.

    This will bring up the Add Appointment window.

  2. Change Status to Unavailable (this will change the Pay Code to [NO PAY].
  3. Type in the Subject line manually.
  4. Add in any Office Notes (if needed).
  5. Click Save & Close to save and close the appointment, which will then be visible on the schedule.

Edit an Appointment

  1. Click on the Appointment to open/edit it.

    This will bring up the Update Appointment window.

  2. Make any changes needed, such as Start/End Times, Subject, etc.
  3. Click Cancel to cancel out of the Update Appointment window.
  4. Click Remove to remove the appointment from the calendar.
  5. Click Save & Continue to save the info and continue to edit the appointment.
  6. Click Save & Close to save and close the appointment, which will then be visible on the schedule.
