Due to the changes to SSL (secure sockets layer) across the internet that happened on 9/30/21, older devices or out-of-date operating systems will no longer validate thera-LINK’s security certificates.
What does this mean?
You might not be able to sign into your video sessions if you have an older device or operating system. Unfortunately, this is an issue outside of our control and one that has affected many online products and applications globally.
How to resolve?
To resolve this issue and access your account and video sessions, please switch to a device that is set up with up-to-date versions of operating systems and web browsers. This is the only known solution.
The list of acceptable operating systems (OSs) and web browsers include:
- Windows PC - Windows 8 (or newer) using the latest version of Chrome or Firefox
- Mac - macOS Sierra with the latest version of Chrome or Firefox, or Safari 10.1+
- Android - Android 4.4+ for tablets or phones with the latest version of Chrome or Firefox
- iPad - iOS 11+ with Safari 11+
- iPhone - iOS 11+ with Safari 11+
