Higher download/upload and a lower ping means a better connection. The results will appear in a format like this:
You'll need to get at least 10 Mbps in both the download and upload sections to maintain consistent performance. Any lower than that, and you will likely experience freezes and lags/delay in your session.
In addition, keep in mind that some internet providers are known for "throttling" their service if you are using too much bandwidth. Check with your provider if you are getting inconsistent test results!
