Create your Payment Account
Setup your Stripe Account so you can accept Payments from your Clients. Stripe is a secure payments systems
Note: We do not store or log any financial details anywhere in our system. Details collected to make payments are taken in a secure manner and passed directly to Stripe. The safeguarding of your financial details is the responsibility of Stripe.
Add Clients to thera-LINK
- Add Telehealth Clients to thera-LINK and then invite them to setup their thera-LINK account. You will not be able to schedule teleheath Appointments with your Client until they setup their account.
- Add In-Office Clients to thera-LINK. While thera-LINK is primarily used for telehealth sessions, you can use it to schedule your In-Office Appointments as well. Additionally, you can use thera-LINK's other features (Secure Messaging, Payments, Notes, and Documents) with In-Office Clients should you choose.
Setup your Waiting Room
PERMISSIONS: Must be a thera-LINK Owner in order to setup your Waiting Room.
Select the image your Clients will see while they are in the virtual Waiting Room before a Session.
Setup your Client Scheduler
Your Client Scheduler allows your Clients to request Appointments with you! Depending on how you setup your Client Scheduler, you could allow your telehealth Clients as well as your In-Office Clients to request Appointment. You then are able to review those requests and either approve (save) them or reject the request.
Schedule your first Appointment
You can schedule an Appointment with your telehealth Client's once they have accepted your invitation and setup their thera-LINK Account (you'll receive an email notification when they do).
- Schedule an Appointment (Individual, Group, Recurring, etc)
Spruce up your thera-LINK Profile
Complete your thera-LINK Profile by adding a Profile picture.
Add thera-LINK to your Website
If you plan for Clients to self-schedule, add a link on your website to your Scheduler. You might also want to add a link to the thera-LINK login page. It would give you Clients one location to access all the things they would need to schedule and join sessions.
