We want to thank you for being a subscriber. There are two things you should do to close your account:
- Cancel any subscriptions
- Email Customer Support
Cancel Any Subscriptions
Subscriptions are canceled through My Account and then Subscriptions and Payments. Click on the blue Cancel This button on the subscription to cancel it.
Email Customer Support
Once you have canceled any open subscriptions, please email Customer Support at jituzu.support@ensorahealth.com
