Treatment Plan Review vs Treatment Plan Revision

When you create a CRIP3 Treatment/Recovery Plan (short name: CRIP3_TRP) or the CRIP3 Treatment/Recovery Plan V2 (CRIP3_TRPV2) or a FormLab Treatment Plan for a client, before the treatment plan opens, you are presented with this window:

You must make a selection before proceeding. These are your options:

• Click the radio button for Initial when creating the client's first treatment plan.
• Click the radio button for Review when doing a formal treatment plan review. This will impact when the next review is due, based on how your rules are set up.
• Click the radio button for Revision when the treatment plan needs to be updated but a true review isn't necessary. For example, this could be when an objective is accomplished.

Once selected, the treatment plan will open. You will see your selection near the top, in the center.
