Summary
This training guide walks through how to set up your RDP icon which will allow you to log in to either your beta or live instance of eCR.
Prerequisites
- You will require your eCR User ID which will be provided to you by 10e11.
- You will need your temporary password which will be provided to you by 10e11.
- For your live instance, you must reset this password upon the first login to eCR.

RDP Properties
- Your RDP session must have the appropriate URL in order to connect.
- You will be provided this URL from your 10e11 Project Manager.
- Example URL: YourCompanyAcronym.10e11.com.
- Follow these steps to set up your RDP:
- Right-click on your RDP and choose Edit.
- Enter the URL provided to you by your 10e11 Project Manager in the Computer field.
- Enter tgisaas\ in the User name field.
- Be sure to use the backslash above the Enter key on your keyboard.
- Be sure to use the backslash above the Enter key on your keyboard.
- Go to the Display tab.
- Make sure you are set to full screen by sliding the button all the way to the right.
- Go to the Local Resources tab.
- Check to make sure that both the Printers and Clipboard boxes are checked.
- Click on the More button.
- Check to make sure both Ports and Drives are selected.
- Return to the General tab and click Save or Save As.
- Save As will allow you to place the icon on your desktop.
RDP Login
- If you leave the Username with only the tgisaas\ (see RDP Properties Point 3 above), the icon can be distributed to others within your organization.
- They will be asked to enter their username when they double-click on the icon.
- To connect to the application, double-click on the icon.
- The FIRST TIME you log in, you will have to select Use Another Account.
- Enter your username and password.
- You will be provided your username and password from 10e11.
- Once you login in to your RDP, your eCR instance will automatically open.
- Upon first login, you will be asked to accept the End-User License Agreement.
- Click “I Accept” and your eCR screen will open.
