Each time you launch Ensora eRx, you need to sync your patient's medications and allergies in eCR with Ensora eRx. When you add, edit or discontinue medications and allergies in Ensora eRx, you also need to sync these changes with eCR. You can do this by clicking on the medication and allergy tabs in Ensora eRx and eCR.

Make sure to sync allergies and medications for each patient into Ensora eRx before you begin ePrescribing, and sync their allergies and medications back into eCR after you are finished. If you are using the 2.43 version of eCR, you can Set Up AutoSync for Medications & Allergies.
