Push eCR Locations to Ensora eRx

Adding all the locations associated with a user in eCR to Ensora eRx now takes only a few clicks in a one-time process.

1. Go to Setup > New Crop Registration.
   
   
    
2. Go to the Push User To Locations tab.
3. From the Select User drop-down menu, select the user you want to push locations for.
   
   
    
4. To select locations to push to Ensora eRx, you have 3 options:
   1. Check the box for Select Assigned (Primary/Secondary) Valid Locations.
      • This will check the boxes for all locations, Primary and Secondary, associated with the user in their User Profile.
   2. Check the box for Select All Valid Locations.
      • This will check the boxes for all locations, regardless of what locations are associated with the user in their User Profile.
      • This is not recommended unless it is completely accurate as locations cannot be removed without sending a ticket to the Helpdesk for assistance.
   3. Manually check the box for each individual location.

      NOTE: If you do not see a location that you expect to see, check the Invalid Locations tab. Here are any location(s) that are missing any required information for Ensora eRx. The Location is listed as well as the Invalid Reason(s). 

      
      
      
      To update the location(s), see Create or Modify a Facility Location. Once done, the location will appear in the Push User to Location tab to be selected.

5. Click Register Locations With User.
6. A progress bar will display until all locations have been pushed to Ensora eRx. 
   
   
    
7. Repeat for all users.
