- Go Live! This will be either on-site or virtual, based on your needs. We will plan for 3-4 days on-site or virtually.
- We will also provide a 90-minute Power BI reporting session, if applicable.
- Introduce you to our Help Desk team who will be supporting you post-Go Live.

Go Live! Onsite or Virtual
Who will attend? Customer Core Team, Billing staff, Clinical SME
- If onsite, we will be at your agency in-person to assist you with troubleshooting issues and ensuring a smooth Go Live.
- If done virtually, we will have 3-4 zoom sessions, spanning your work hours, to assist you as we would on-site.
Who will attend? Administrators and those who will do extensive reporting.
During this call we will:
- Review how Power BI works, how to set up custom reports and learn how your data is formed in the reports. This call is 90 minutes in length.
Who will attend? Customer Project Manager, Administrators, 10e11 Help Desk staff
This call will be scheduled by your Project Manager soon after Go Live.
