During Phase 5 (Weeks 11, 12, & 13), we will:
- Begin testing everything that has been set up in eCR.
- Your Chart structure
- Your Forms
- Billing testing
This will be critical in ensuring that everything is set up to completion. The calls during weeks 11 – 13 will be to review the testing and help troubleshoot any issues. The goal is to thoroughly test every aspect of the system to ensure that when you Go Live, everything is in working order.

- Focus on following up on the initial chart and billing testing, troubleshooting any issues that have come up.
- The goal is to complete the testing of all forms and billing needs by the end of next week to ensure all parts of eCR are working properly.

During this call we will:
- Wrap up Phase 5. At this point, your eCR environment should be fully built out and tested.
- Do a final sweep of everything in your environment and troubleshoot any remaining items to prepare for the Beta freeze and Phase 6.
Phase 5- Ensure the following items have been completed by the end of Phase 5:
- Ensure that Chart and Billing testing have been completed and any troubleshooting is done throughout this phase.
- Review Phase 6 articles and videos in the Knowledge Vault.
- Prepare for Beta Freeze.
