During Phase 3 (Week 6 & 7), we will cover:

  • Billing Program Defaults
  • Forms and Chart Structure

 

WEEK 6

We will review the Billing Program Defaults section and review the 19 tabs associated with it. We will also begin reviewing Form Manager and Form Lab to begin setting up your chart structure.

Homework to complete PRIOR to our call:

  • Please ensure that your Project Manager has all forms, reports and processes related to your forms prior to Call 2 in order to complete this phase in a timely manner.

Who will attend? Customer Core Team, Billing Team Members

On this call, we will review the Billing Program Defaults and their setup within eCR. This will include going over the 19 tabs within your settings for the basics of your billing.

  • Review Form Manager articles and videos as well as Form Lab articles and videos, if applicable.

Who will attend? Customer Core Team, Form Lab Licensees (if applicable)

During this call we will:

  • Review Form Manager and how to use the Forms in eCR.
  • If Form Lab Module has been added to the contract: Your Project Manager will review the basics of Form Lab and how to use it by discussing what each control and function does and by building out a simple form.
  • If you would like to explore Form Lab on your own, discuss this with your Project Manager.

WEEK 7

  • Review Form Manager articles and videos, and begin practicing creating forms if you are using Form Lab.

Who will attend? Customer Core Team, Form Lab Licensees (if applicable)

During this call we will:

  • Review 1-2 forms that need to be created for your organization.
  • Walk you through creating 1-2 forms and show you what they look like once created.
  • Briefly test the form and show you how everything works.

Homework to complete PRIOR TO THE NEXT call:

  • Complete all additional forms until all required forms are completed for your agency.
  • This will need to be fully completed prior to Phase 5 Testing.

Who will attend? Customer Core team, Form Lab Licensees (if applicable)

During this call we will:

  • Cover everything that was completed in Phase 3 as well as all earlier phases.
  • All First Use Setup
    • Can all users log in and have access to the Beta?

Homework to complete PRIOR TO THE NEXT call:

  • Complete any outstanding setup from Phase 3.
  • Review Clinic Options, Compliance Center, Scheduler and Groups for Phase 4.

 

Phase 3 Checklist – Ensure the following items have been completed by the end of Phase 3: 

  1. Ensure that the items from Phase 1 and 2 have been completed. 
    • Complete Customer Contact Sheet.
    • Ensure the Core Team can log into the Beta environment. 
    • Review Phase 1 and 2 articles and videos in the Knowledge Vault. 
    • Send 837 files.
    • Review all lab information with your Project Manager. 
    • Review common forms and reports checklist. 
    • Set up Programs and Facilities. 
    • Set up user Access Levels.
    • Set up User Credentials.
    • Set up your Organizational Chart.
    • Set up user Billing Rules. 
    • User Setup. 
    • If using FormLab, ensure your Project Manager knows who the licensees will be. 
  2. Ensure the Billing and Program defaults tabs have been completed. 
  3. Complete the forms crosswalk.  
  4. If FormLab is being utilized, ensure the following: 
    • All required users have a license. 
    • All forms have a plan on how they will be created. 
    • All forms must be completed by Phase 5.  
  5. Review Phase 4 articles and videos in the Knowledge Vault.
