During Phase 1 (Weeks 1 & 2), we will:

  • Introduce our team to yours and review, at a high level, what your implementation will look like. 
  • During our Business Process Review, our team will do a deep dive into your business processes to ensure a full understanding of your needs and help you design practices that will improve your workflows with eCR.
  • Give you a First Use look at general eCR navigation and overall use.

 

WEEK 1

  • Review Phases and overall 20-week implementation plan.

Who will attend?  Executives, Customer Project Manager

During this call we will:

  • Review the Contract with your Executive team and Project Managers.
  • Scope the Project as a Team.
  • Introduce you to your Project Manager.
  • Give you a brief overview of what to expect during your Implementation.

  • Complete the Core Contact Sheet.

 

WEEK 2

Homework to complete PRIOR to our call:

  • Collect any SOPs, forms, and reports and have them ready to review.  Are there any special needs regarding these SOPs, forms, and reports that your Project Manager needs to know about?

Who will attend? Customer Core Team

During this call Project Manager will:

  • Review each of the Programs you have to gain a full understanding of your processes.
  • Guide you through what this will look like as we build your eCR Universe.

Homework to complete PRIOR TO THE NEXT call:

  • Review Phase 1 and 2 articles and videos.
  • The next call will be your First Use and basic navigation of eCR.

Who will attend? Customer Core Team 

In this call we will:

  • Review your General Navigation of eCR and cover your Forms and Reports crosswalk.
  • Ensure your Core Team can log into your Beta.

  • Phase 1 articles – Navigate Patient Details, Patient Search, Register a New Client 
  • Phase 2 articles – Programs, Facilities, Access Levels, Credentials, User Billing Rules, User Setup, and Org Chart

Phase 1 Checklist – Ensure the following items have been completed by the end of Phase 1: 

  1. Complete Customer Contact Sheet. 
  2. Ensure the Core Team can log into the Beta environment. 
  3. Review Phase 1 articles and videos in the Knowledge Vault.
  4. Send 837 file.s  
  5. Review all lab information with your Project Manager. 
  6. Review the common forms and reports checklist.
  7. Review Phase 2 articles and videos in the Knowledge Vault.
