- All data uploads need to be prepared by the customer using the supplied Microsoft Excel document (template).
- The demographics and chart information needs to be finalized two to four weeks prior to GoLive.
- All additions and deletions of patient detail and patient chart information post submission to Ten Eleven needs to be entered into eCR by the customer.
Make sure to enter the client’s information exactly as you wish to see it displayed in Patient Details, be careful with abbreviations.
Prerequisite
- Any program associated with a patient must already be entered in eCR.
- Any diagnoses associated with a patient must already be entered in eCR.
- Any insurance associated with a patient must already be entered in eCR.
- Any clinicians associated with a patient must already be entered in eCR.
- The SA2 Multi Axial form must be added to the chart for every program.
