Initial Chart Upload - Table of Contents

This guide walks you through how and when to do an initial chart upload, as well as what’s required to ensure all the necessary data has been uploaded to eCR.

An Initial Chart Upload allows you to import patient chart data into eCR. This drastically reduces the time required to enter patient chart information into eCR one at a time.

Prerequisite

• Initial Chart Upload is combined with Demographic Chart Upload.
