Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) allows you to access TenEleven's eCR in a secure, cloud-based environment. To connect to AVD, you will first download and install the Remote Desktop Client. Once this has been installed, you will subscribe to the eCR application and authenticate your account with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using the Microsoft Authenticator application on your smartphone.

Download and Install Remote Desktop Client for AVD
- Click to Download the AVD Remote Desktop Client or copy and paste the following link into your browser: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2139369
NOTE: The Windows client is required. Do not install the client from the Microsoft store as it will not be fully compatible.
- Go to your Downloads Folder and double-click on the file you just downloaded.
- Click Next on the Welcome to the Remote Desktop Setup Wizard window.
- Select the Checkbox to Accept the Terms in the License Agreement, then click Next.
- Select Install Just for You, then click Install.
- Click the Checkbox to Launch Remote Desktop when Setup Exits, then click Finish.
