Session Info Tab

1 – Session Details – Organization Name and Program Name will populate from Billing/Program Defaults. Enter Date of Service and well as Start and Stop Time for the service provided. Select the Service Code (Visit Type), which is populated from the Visit Types created within the system.

2 – Psychotherapy Service – select appropriately.

3 – Collaterals/Others Present – Identify all others present in the session.

Goals/Objectives Tabs

1. Identify Goals and Objectives being addressed in the session. Can select up to 4 Goals and 4 objectives for each goal for a single session.
