- Go to Scheduling 🡪 Schedule.
- In the drop-down under Search for Different Subject select Groups.
- In the text box to the right start typing the name of the Group you would like to add to your calendar.
- Once you select the Group, it should appear in the text box (Now you can select a time slot).
- Double click on a time slot on your calendar that you would like the appointment to occur.
- Adjust the appointment information if needed.

NOTE: Those patients already added to the group will appear.

- Click Save.
