Clinical Overview: Create Billable vs Nonbillable PNs

When writing a Progress Note the difference between billable versus nonbillable is determined by the Visit Type that is selected. Follow the steps below to select the Visit Type:

1. Open the desired patient’s Chart Details.
2. Selected the Progress Note from the chart structure.
   
   
    
3. On the main tab you will see a Visit Type drop-down.
