Clinical Overview: Change the Primary Therapist on a Chart

1. Click on the Users button on the patient’s Chart Details.
   
   
    
2. Select the User whose role will be changed to Primary Therapist.
3. Once the User field populates click on the Roles button to modify the role.
4. Flag Primary Therapist and click OK.
5. Click the Update button to modify the user’s role.
6. You will receive a warning screen, click Yes.
   
   
    
7. Click the Save/Close button to save the changes and close the screen.
