In order for a patient to appear in an already scheduled Group, they must be added to the Group itself. Any patients added to this Group will automatically be added to any outstanding meetings starting at a later date.
- Go to Day to Day 🡪 My Groups.
- Select the group in which you would like to ADD or REMOVE patients from by highlighting the Group.
- Note: You can shorten the list by filtering by Program, Group, or DOS Range.
- Click on the Add/Remove Patients button.
- Start typing the name of the patient in the Search box.
- Once found, click on the name and you will see the patient added to the Assigned Patients box shown at the bottom of the screen.
- Click the Save button.
Note: The Assigned Patients section indicates the patients included in this group. If you would like to REMOVE a patient from the group, highlight the patient and click on the Remove button on the top. Click the Save button when completed.
