  3. In the Computer field, enter connect.10e11.com.
  4. In the User name field, enter tgisaas\your username. For example, if your User Name is "test.person", you would fill in that field as: tgisaas\test.person

NOTE: In AWS, you can use the same icon to connect to beta or live. The only field that changes where you log into is the username.

  23. Click Save.

The RDP configuration is now complete. You can now either click Connect or double-click on the RDP saved on your Desktop. Next, a window will pop up prompting a password. If you do not know your password, please go to https://pwreset.10e11.com/ to reset it. After you successfully input your password, you will be connected to eCR.

NOTE: AWS eliminates the need for remote users to login into Forticlient (system VPN) so if you have remote users, they just need to have the RDP icon on their machine.
