Apple Product Connection to eCR: Connection with FortiClient (Computer)

1. Go to https://forticlient.com/downloads and select Download for Mac.
   
   
    
2. Once downloaded, open FortiClient.
3. One the left side click on Remote Access.
4. On the Remote Access page, click on either the drop-down or the Gear 🡪 Add New Connection.
   
   
    
   1. Enter a Connection Name- Can be Anything
   2. Enter a Description- Can be Anything
   3. Enter the Remote Gateway- This must be ecrmobile.10e11.com.
   4. You may enter your Username to be stored for future logins.
   5. Click Add.
      
      
       
5. On the main Remote Access Screen, select the VPN Connection you’ve just created.
   1. You will be prompted to enter your User Login Info if it was not entered in the setup before.
      
      
       
   2. Click Connect.
      
      
       
6. Proceed to the Setting Up Microsoft Remote Desktop section.
