Overview
In the Programs module, a Service Location option is present with a warning to contact Procentive before altering. This article will explain why this should not be altered.
Program Service Location
In the Program module, a Service Location drop-down is available to select a specific location that can only be used by this program. The warning appears next to this drop-down indicating that it should not be changed without first consulting Ensora Health.
Select Service Location Ramifications
If a specific location is selected, this will cause additional location options to appear in the Time module > Location drop-down linked to the program (see below). This creates confusion for staff and is not recommended. Leaving the Service Location set to [none] for all programs is desired to not only eliminate staff confusion, but also to prevent potential billing and reporting issues.
