National Drug Code (NDC) Setup

NDC Number Setup

1. Go to the Codes Module.
2. Open up the existing CPT code that will need the NDC attached.
   • If you have not yet created a CPT code click Add.
3. Go to the Billing tab.
4. Scroll down to the Medication Administration section.
   
   
    
5. Enter the 10-digit NDC Number.
   • Do not use any spaces or characters in this field.
6. Select the correct Unit Type.
7. Go to the Type tab.
8. Choose Type: Medication Administration.
   
   
    
9. Click Save.
