Overview

NSF/Stop Payment Fee Code

1. Go to the Codes module.
2. Click Add.
3. Go to the Codes tab
   • Name: NSF/Stop Payment Fee
   • Number: Any number works (ex. NSF01)
4. Go to the Billing tab.
   • Allow override of time/units ratio:  set to Always 1 Unit.
   • Always private pay: set to Yes.
5. Go to the Rates tab.
   • Custom rate allowed: set to Yes.
     • This will cause an extra field to appear in the Time/Add window. 
6. Click Save.
