Pop-up windows need to be allowed from Procentive. These are usually warnings and other important messages.
For Chrome (Windows)
- Click on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click on Settings.
- A new tab will open.
- Click Privacy and security.
- Click Site Settings.
- Scroll down and click on Pop-ups and redirects.
- Click Add under the Allow section.
- Enter URL app.procentive.com and click Add.

For Microsoft Edge (Windows)
- Click on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click on Settings.
- A new tab will open.
- Click Cookies and site permissions.
- Under All Permissions, click Pop-ups and redirects.
- Click Add under the Allow section.
- Enter URL app.procentive.com and click Add.
