Accounting Module
The Accounting Module includes an overview of the billings, payments, and adjustments for each month.
- The last Closing Date appears in the upper left corner.
- The radio buttons at the top of the screen allow you to display accounting totals on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis.
- The Don't show rejected items checkbox is a legacy feature; please disregard this option.
- The lines in gray show the months that are closed.
- The lines in white are months that are open.
Other Actions
- Close out a Month to lock specific periods.
- Display billings, payments, and adjustments in greater detail using the Trial Balance.
