Submit a Feature Request

Every user has the ability to provide feedback and product suggestions directly to our product team, without going through support. You can suggest ideas and/or vote on ideas already submitted. The more votes an idea gets the more it moves up in priority with our product team. We want to implement changes that will benefit as many users as possible. Our Product Team looks at Aha! (our feedback/suggestion board) daily to check for trends and updates that can be implemented quickly, and to help prioritize future releases. We appreciate you providing us with your ideas and feedback!

If this is your first time creating a feature request for an Ensora Health product, you will need to create a separate account from your software login.

Create an Account

1. Navigate to your account.
2. Click the Question Mark icon at the top and select Submit an Idea. 

    NOTE: You can also use this link to get there: https://echovantage.ideas.aha.io/

    
3. Select Sign Up in the top right corner.
    
4. Enter your Email address, First, and Last name.
5. Click Sign up.
   
    
6. You will receive a verification email and be prompted to create your password.

Add an Idea

1. Click the Question Mark icon at the top and select Submit an Idea.
   
2. Click the + ADD A NEW IDEA button.
    
3. Fill out all required fields for the idea you have for EchoVantage by Ensora Health. 
   • Idea title - Enter a title for your idea, usually one sentence
   • Choose a category for this idea - Select from dropdown (e.g. Billing, Clearinghouse, Clients, etc.)
   • Please add more details - Let us know why you think this idea would be useful, and how it should work.
   • Tell us who you are - Provide your primary email address so we may contact you if we have any questions.
     
4. Click the ADD IDEA button when finished to post your idea.

Vote for a Feature Request Idea

You have the ability to vote on feature requests that others have submitted. 

1. Navigate to https://echovantage.ideas.aha.io/
2. Locate the Feature Request Idea you would like to vote on.
3. Click the VOTE button next to the idea.

Add a Comment to a Feature Request Idea

Once a feature request has been created, you have the ability to add questions, comments, or additional information that may be helpful. 

1. Navigate to https://echovantage.ideas.aha.io/
2. Locate and click on the desired Feature Request Idea.
3. Click the + Add a comment button.
    
    
4. Click the Post comment button when finished to post your comment.
