Use the e-Prescribe Tasks icon to launch an unlocked Tasks page in Ensora eRx. This opens a view of the Tasks page that allows you to address Pending Prescriptions, Renewal Requests, Change Requests and Failed Prescriptions for any patient. This is useful when you need to address different tasks for multiple patients without first going into an individual patient chart in the system.
Open the Task View
- Click the e-Prescribe Tasks icon
in the menu bar at the top.
- Click the Patient Name to address the task for that patient.
