Requirements
- EchoVantage license(s)
- Database administrator (DBA) rights
- SQL Management Studio knowledge
- Admin rights on the computer where you will install FormDesignEHR
Download FormDesignEHR
- Go to https://p2p365.echoman.com
- Click on "Sign In" in the upper right corner
- Enter your email address and password
- Click on "Sign In"
- Click on "Downloads"
- Select Form DesignEHR from the list of categories
- Choose "Form DesignEHR Releases
- Download the latest release (unless otherwise directed)
Install
- Extract the files from the .zip file that you downloaded in the previous steps.
- Navigate to the application .exe file found in the bin folder.
- formdesignehr-6.0.x > formdesignehr > bin
- Run either the 32-bit formdesignehr.exe or 64-bit formdesignehr64.exe.
- A shortcut can be added to the Desktop to make launching the application more convenient.
