In order to have access to the Agency tab in the Ensora Data Collection Synchronization window, you must have at least one Admin-Level User Role that has access to all Agencies in the system.
Example: User Role "Manager" grants access to open the Ensora Data Collection Sync window. This User Role needs to be checked on for every Agency in the system from the System Security window.
Once this is done, the user should be able to see and open the Agency tab inside the Sync window.
