In order to access and use Ensora Data Collection with a user account created from NPAWorks, you must set the Security Group of the user inside the system. This will need to be done by user with Administrator access to your account.
In the main screen - click on the Administration tab and then select the Users option on the menu to the left.
Locate the staff(s) you wish to complete set up for Catalyst access and click on their last name.
A new window will open where you can set their Security Group, which Site(s) they should have access to, and the rules for Student access within those sites.
NOTE: You will also need to enter a Device PIN here in order to be allowed to Save your changes.
Click Save or Cancel to keep or discard your changes.
