In order for Electronic Remittances to push to the system, you must enroll your payers with the clearinghouse to receive ERA's. Simply setting up the SFTP credentials and sending claims to the clearinghouse does not mean that ERA's will automatically push into the system.
Similar to moving into a new house, in order for mail to start showing up there, you must first notify the Post Office of your new address.
