First, click "Run NPAWorks" on your practice's login page and allow the app to launch.
Next, click on the "Forgot Password" text on the login screen. A new tab will open in your web browser.
Enter your username and password associated with the user in the system, then click "Send Email" to request a reset link.
If the username is found and the email on file matches, you will see the result below.
Check the email inbox after a minute or so, and the following email should arrive. If not, be sure to check the Spam folder or any folder for suspended emails.
Click on the link in the email or copy and paste the link text beneath it into your web browser.
A new window will open after clicking the link, and here you will be able to reset your system’s password.
NOTE: that your password must be:
- 8 or more characters in length
- At least 1 lowercase character
- At least 1 UPPERCASE character
- At least 1 number (0-9)
If successful, you will see the following result.
