Switch Insurance/Service at the Appointment Level

  1. Open the Schedule for the selected Client.
  2. Open the Appointment you wish to work with by double-clicking on the appointment.
  3. Select the Service Action tab.

  4. Click Select under Service.

  5. Choose another Authorized Service linked to a Funding Source and click OK.

  6. Click OK.
