A: Yes, disabling the integration will simply disconnect the two entities and no longer push appointments for this client to Skills. No data will be erased; however, the client will be inactivated in Skills.
If you wish to re-integrate this client in the future, simply re-check the integration box to map the client/staff in the system back to the original entity in Skills.
Q: Why do some appointments push from the system to Skills, but others don't?
A: The issue could be that only some of the client's Contract Services are marked as Integrated. You can check by opening the client record viewing each of their Services. This flexibility exists to avoid pushing over service appointments that may not involve direct interaction with the patient or require a Skills session, such as report writing services, or group sessions.
