Q: What is the difference between the column options for "Scheduled Hours" vs. the "Provided Hours" column options in the Contract Fulfillment flex reports?

A: The "Provided Hours" can include Service Time from cancelled appointments, while the Scheduled Hours is only going to show Active (Non-Cancelled) appointments.

The report logic is:
If an appointment is Cancelled, it should not count towards what is on the schedule.
However, some Cancelled appointments may have billable Service Time.

If you add up the Service Time for these billable cancellations, and then combine it with the Scheduled Hours, the total should equal the Provided Hours amount.

to re-cap, there are Billable Cancellations that count towards Provided Hours, and these cancellations are not counted in the Scheduled Hours column.
