NPAGo has the option to let staff clock in and clock out of appointments. When the provider arrives at a service session or begins work on a non-service payroll appointment, they can open the appointment and select Clock-in. The clock in time, user, and geolocation is automatically recorded. Likewise, when the session/work has ended they can select Clock-out (time, user, and geolocation are recorded).

Clock In
- Open the Appointment window.
- Click the Clock-in button.
- This will display the captured date, time, and location of the Clock-in time.
Note: Once the user clicks on Clock-in, the Clock-out option will appear.
Clock Out
- Open the Appointment window.
- Click the Clock-out option.
Note: The Clock-out option will only appear after the user clocks in.
- This will display the captured date, time, and location of the Clock-out time.
Edit Clock-in/Clock-out Time
- Click Edit for the Adjusted Clock In.
- Enter the Adjusted Clock In Date and the Adjusted Clock In Time as needed.
- Enter Notes (optional) to record the reason this data/time was adjusted and click Save.
Edit or Remove Adjusted Clock-in/Clock-out
- Click Edit to edit the Adjusted Clock-in/Clock-out time/date you entered.
OR - Click Remove to remove the Adjusted Clock-in/Clock-out time/date you entered.
- You will receive a pop-up asking you to confirm if you choose the Remove option.
