PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: By default, Administrators and Client's Assigned Therapist will receive a notification when a Client pays either through a one-time link or through the Client Portal.
Turn on Email Notifications
- Click your Name in top right corner and select My Profile.
- Click Preferences tab.
- Select Alert me when someone else changes a Calendar Event.
NOTE: Selecting this means you will also receive email notifications when clients make payments via the portal or using a one-time payment link.
- Click Save Preferences.
