PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: You must have Organization Administration Permissions.
You can print blank Intake Forms for Clients to fill out. After they are filled out you can scan and upload them to the Client's General Documents.
- Click Organization tab in primary navigation bar.
- Click Client Portal inside menu.
- Click Intake Forms tab.
- Click Print for individual Forms OR click Print All at top.
